I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather.

It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it!

She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!

“Hansen Weddings and Events was a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. The vendor was there promptly and available to help out and direct the wedding party to the right areas. Their work was solid, contributing to our special day in several ways. They were extremely punctual, which was greatly appreciated. The only gripe was the undecorated wedding arch - I've been to many weddings where a fully ornamental arch was provided, but the one here was simply wood. As a bridesmaid, I was unsure of the communication with the venue beforehand, but the bride had been under the impression that a ready-to-use photographer's arch would be available. We had to make a last-minute trip to the craft store to get it decorated. Overall, Hansen Weddings and Events did a great job and I would recommend them.”

After having a really bad experience with another wedding coordinator, I was so relieved when Lily from Hansen Weddings and Events reached out to me. She was quick to respond, great at communicating, and incredibly attentive to me and all of my wedding details. Lily even drove all the way down to Orem (equipped with printed copies of all my scatterbrained Google docs and excel sheets lol) to attend my final venue walkthrough, which really helped ease my last minute stresses and worries. Her professionalism, experience/knowledge, and sweet/calm demeanor made me feel so at ease and taken care of throughout the last bits of planning.
