o  Find 3-4 vendors and/or venue as well as help with contacting and booking them
o  Communication & payment management. Reminders for when deposits and payments will be due
o  Light development of style and aesthetic of the wedding
o  Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel
o  Visit ceremony and reception location prior to Wedding Day
o  Detailed day of timeline management, provided to vendors, venue and bridal party
o  Detailed layout, provided to necessary vendors
o  Rehearsal coordination
o  Confirmation and follow-up with all vendors 4 - 6 weeks and 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day
o  Set up and breakdown of decor
o  Day-of coordination and supervision until send off. All of the day of logistics will be worked out before hand so that you can have a stress free day
