o Unlimited communication via email, text, or call beginning one month prior to Wedding Day
o Pre-wedding consultation to map out details of the wedding
o Discussion of theme/style for the wedding
o Detailed day of timeline provided to vendors, venue and bridal party
o Detailed layout, provided to necessary vendors
o Communication to vendors and venue at least 4 weeks prior to Wedding Day, to introduce myself and help the day run smooth
o Visit ceremony and reception location prior to Wedding Day
o Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel on the Wedding Day
o Management of all vendors and venue staff on the Wedding Day
o Rehearsal coordination
o Set up and break down of decor
o Day-of coordination and supervision until your send off. All of the day of logistics will be worked out before hand so that you can have a stress free day
