Micro-Wedding Package

Task List

(Typically 30–75 guests)

Rehearsal

o  1 hour of on-site coordination
o  Ceremony walk-through with couple, wedding party, and officiant
o  Final timing review for ceremony flow, processional, and recessional
o  Seating and standing placement guidance for bridal party
o  Cue practice for music/timing
o  Review of vendor arrival times and wedding day logistics
o  Answer any last-minute questions and confirm roles of key participants

Wedding Day

Up to 8 hours of coordination
(Additional hours and/or cleanup can be added for an extra fee. If additional time is required beyond contracted hours, hourly rate will apply.)

Vendor & Setup Support
o  Vendor check-in and guidance upon arrival
o  Confirm timeline with all vendors and ensure setup meets expectations
o  Coordinate receiving florals, rentals, food, cake, and décor items
o  Set up ceremony + reception décor items supplied by couple (w/in allotted time) including:
– Welcome table / signage
– Guest book area
– Seating chart / place cards
– Favor display
– Memory table or special photo displays
– Cake/dessert table styling
– Cocktail hour detail placement (photos, signage, napkins, etc.)

Wedding Party & Ceremony Management
o  Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and assist with pinning
o  Marriage license check with officiant and couple
o  Confirm photographer timeline and photo locations
o  Cue wedding party lineup for ceremony
o  Ensure officiant, musicians, and vendors are ready for ceremony start
o  Manage ceremony processional timing and transitions
o  Assist with guest seating and special family arrangements

Cocktail Hour & Reception
o  Guide guests to cocktail hour location
o  Assist with beverage and food flow if applicable
o  Maintain timeline and event pacing
o  Coordinate couple’s entrance
o  Cue DJ/band for special moments:
– Grand entrance
– First dance
– Parent dances
– Speeches/toasts
– Cake cutting
o  Oversee dinner service timing (buffet or plated)
o  Confirm dietary needs with catering team (if applicable)
o  Maintain communication with photographer for key shots
o  Direct guests for transitions (toasts, dancing, cake, send-off, etc.)

Guest & Experience Management
o  Greet guests & assist with seating
o  Provide support for elderly or VIP guests
o  Quietly troubleshoot any issues so couple is not disturbed
o  Maintain emergency kit on-site for unexpected needs
o  Ensure gifts/cards are placed in safe designated location

End of Event Support
o  Assist with couple’s exit coordination
o  Ensure personal décor + sentimental items are collected & secured
o  Confirm vendors begin breakdown and venue rules are followed
o  Final venue walk-through for any forgotten items

Starting at $2,800.00 plus travel/lodging if applicable.
