o   Find ALL suppliers and/or service providers as well as help with contacting and booking them
o   Communication & payment management. Reminders for when deposits and payments will be due
o   Discussion of and development of theme/style for the wedding
o   Create a design and inspiration board to ensure your vision is achieved
o   Attend ALL meetings with other vendors/services providers
o   Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel
o   Management of all suppliers and/or service providers
o   Visit ceremony and reception location prior to Wedding Day
o   Detailed day of timeline provided to suppliers, service provides and bridal party
o   Detailed layout, provided to necessary suppliers and/or service providers
o   Confirmation and follow-up with all suppliers and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day
o   Rehearsal coordination. This includes booking and organizing the rehearsal
o   Confirmation and follow-up with all suppliers and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day
o   Set up and breakdown of decor
o   Day-of coordination and supervision until midnight, day of the wedding. All of the
day of logistics will be worked out before hand so that you can have a stress free day

Pricing starting at $4,000.00 plus travel/lodging costs if applicable.
