o   Pre-wedding consultation
o   Unlimited email and text communication
o   Monthly consultation meetings
o   Budget analysis & management
o   Find ALL vendors and venue as well as help with contacting and booking them
o   Communication & payment management. Reminders for when deposits and payments will be due
o   Discussion of and development of theme/style for the wedding
o   Create a design and inspiration board to ensure your vision is achieved
o   Attend meetings with other vendors/services providers
o   Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel
o   Management of all vendors
o   Visit ceremony and reception location prior to Wedding Day
o   Detailed day of timeline provided to vendors, venue and bridal party
o   Detailed layout, provided to necessary vendors
o   Confirmation and follow-up with all vendors 4 - 6 weeks and 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day
o   Rehearsal coordination. This includes booking and organizing the rehearsal
o   Set up and breakdown of decor
o   Day-of coordination and supervision until send off. All of the
day of logistics will be worked out before hand so that you can have a stress free day
